What do I need to do to get something back?
In case you want to return something you got through our website, the process is easy and simple. We recommend that you first visit one of our stores where you can make the change immediately. The clothes must be in excellent condition (not used or washed, with their internal labels & without corrections) and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns to Portobellos.gr are always free and the return deadline is 30 days from the date of purchase.
* The online store Portobellos.gr does not serve changes of products purchased from physical stores.
Return to Physical Store
Come to the store that serves you with the product you want to return with the purchase receipt or invoice so that the return can take place. When you are in the store, the person in charge will make the return and change the product you are returning or issue you a purchase credit.
Return from your home
Changes (color-size) and product returns on Portobellos.gr are always free and the return deadline is 30 days from the date of purchase. The clothes must be in excellent condition (not used or washed, with their internal labels & without corrections) and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you want a refund, follow the instructions on the return form by selecting the "I want a refund" field. Once we approve the return & your bank has processed it (estimated time varies by bank), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that in a few days you will receive the price in your account. The amount that will be refunded to your account is the value of the products you recently purchased and not any shipping or other charges.
What can I do if the product I receive is defective?
In case, exceptionally, you have received a defective item, you can contact the customer service department +30 210 2524215 or send us an email to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
